Project Overview

The Ramat Sharett project was selected carefully to preserve the green, quiet character of the neighborhood. We designed a new balcony array that integrates well into the existing facade, creates a sense of width, and gives residents an open outdoor space for daily life.

What the Project Included

  • Planning review and rights analysis
  • Architectural design with aesthetic emphasis
  • Static and structural calculation
  • Dedicated column system
  • Slab and beam pours
  • Facade finishing, waterproofing, and railings
  • Permit file and committee coordination

The Challenge

Construction in Ramat Sharett is aesthetically sensitive, the challenge was designing balconies that integrate into the facade rather than appearing as a later addition. High precision in finishes, colors, and proportions was required.

The Solution

We chose elegant horizontal concrete columns, with a modern railing profile that integrates with the existing building lines. The whole facade was planned as a single visual unit, without exposing the "new" against the "old."

The Outcome

The result is a building with a new face, functional balconies with an open view, and meaningful uplift in apartment value. Residents report a notable improvement in quality of life.
